COVID-19

Dear Homeowner,

In recognition of the uncertain times surrounding the COVID-19 virus and the unprecedented actions being ordered to curtail its spread on both a Federal and State level, we realize some of you may have lost your regular income and could have trouble paying your monthly assessment.  If you find yourself in financial difficulty we ask that you contact us as soon as possible by sending us a confidential email to virus@lcvillage.org.  The board has decided on an option to provide relief and will respond to your request as soon as we are able.

We are all in this together and the board will do everything it can to help everyone get through this difficult time.
