Utility Committee Data Collection Form

Dear Homeowner!

We at the Utilities Committee are dedicated to doing what we can to reduce the HOA expense for water and sewer charges. This is the largest single expense paid for by you through your dues, representing nearly 25% of our total budget.  We ask that you help in this effort by clicking here and filling out our homeowner contact form, entering the total number of occupants of your unit in the space provided.   With this information we will adjust the usage “allowance” for each homeowner to better reflect what the expected usage would be.  The information will not be shared or used for any other purpose.  It is only to help us in our efforts to properly budget our expenses and to eliminate unnecessary overuse notices being sent to homeowners.  We thank you for helping us in this way and for whatever steps you can take to conserve water usage.
