The Bylaws of Lake Country Village Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is one of two important documents contained in the Prospectus. (The second is the Declaration.) They describe the method and process by which the HOA exercises its responsibilities to regulate and maintain the development. They are procedural in nature and can be amended by vote of the Board of Directors or Homeowners, provided the amendments do not contradict or change the content of the Declaration. The original version of the By-Laws is contained in the Phase I Prospectus. By a resolution passed at the February 13, 2006, meeting, the First Amendment of the By-Laws Lake Country Village Homeowners Association, Inc. was accepted and became effective.
