Resolution by Board to prepare Change Order to touch up painting – 11/13/18

Contractor has suggested waiting until spring to complete the touch up painting required due to the cold weather. He will agree to waiting for his retainage amount until after work is completed. Motion by Tom to prepare a Change Order to this effect. Second by Randy. All in favor.
