Hello Homeowners!

As you know, due to COVID-19, regular in-person meetings of the board have had to be canceled until further notice.  So the Board of Directors will be trying out a video conferencing tool called Cisco Webex to hold its board meetings beginning with the scheduled meeting on April 27, 2020.  We will invite all members for whom we have email addresses to join us and the system will allow up to 100 participants.  (If more than 100 try to join, only the first 100 will be admitted.)  A few days prior to the meeting you will receive the email invitation to join the meeting along with some instructions for the meeting protocol and a meeting agenda.  For now, we recommend you click here to watch a short (less than 3 minutes) video tutorial on how to join a Webex meeting.  

We ask those who choose to attend to please keep an open mind about this effort and to be patient with any technical glitches that you experience.  This is a new world for us all and and in some respects we are being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century.  🙂
