Hello Homeowners,

In response to the call from President Trump to curtail any meetings of 10 people or more in response to the COVID-19 virus, your Board has decided to cancel its regularly scheduled meetings on March 23 and April 13. The Board will re-evaluate the situation in early April to decide on a course after the 13th, including the upcoming election and Annual Meeting of Members, scheduled for May 12th. The Board wants you to know that we are staying in touch and monitoring both the status of the virus and the requirements of the HOA and are exploring methods to continue to conduct essential business. Please rest assured we will do what is necessary to keep Lake Country Village moving forward during these uncertain times.

The Board has also been notified that the North Country Alliance Church and Plattsburgh Public Library are temporarily closed for meetings so when we resume Board meetings, we may need to locate a new venue.
