Property Manager Contract Resolution – 2/16/16

Resolution of the LCV Board at the 2/16/16 meeting.

Resolution for update to Property Manager Contract — Gerry E. made the following proposal for an item 12 to Schedule A section K c. be made as follows; Item 12) Once approved by the Property Manager, all contractor invoices are to be signed as approved, (i.e. Completed work and payment within the scope of the contract with the vendor) and dated prior to sending to the LCV Bookkeeper. This item assures that our property manager reviews and signs the invoices per contractor contract prior to submitting them to the HOA Bookkeeper. Henry W. seconded the motion and the motion passed 5-0.
