Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/14/2013 meeting.

Resolution to remove two damaged trees on Alana.  Bob Olsen has a quote from Hart’s to remove the trees, cart the trees away, digging up the stump and to reseed the area that is dug up. He stated that the quote would be less than what another contractor has charged us in the past. Sue Phillips made a motion to accept Hart’s quote to remove the two trees for a total cost of $864.00. Maureen C. seconded the motion. There was no further discussion.  The motion was passed by all.
