Kathy made a motion and Dave seconded to approve top soil application at 45 Maryland. 6 in favor, 1 opposed. Motion passed. Dave made a motion and Dave seconded to approve request by 4-6 Iowa to clean out overgrowth with perennial plants. All in favor. Board tabled request by 15 Massachusetts to replace burning bushes with blueberry bushes.
