Resolution by Board to issue violate notice for air conditioner removal – 3/14/2022

Tom made a motion that if the 4 homeowners who had violated the A/C policy, this year, did not remove their A/C’s by October 15th of this year, they will be issued a 2nd violation notice. Mike seconded the motion. All in favor.
