Resolution by Board to amend the term “Owner” in the Rental Rules – 5/10/21

Tom made motion to amend the wording in the rental resolution to read as follows:
THEREFORE, only in the application of any Rules and Regulations relating to the Rental of Units in Lake Country Village, the Board of Directors hereby modifies the term “Owner” to include
1. The Estate of an Owner of Record who is deceased or
2. The Beneficiary(s) of a deceased Owner of Record established by Last Will and
Testament of the Owner of Record or any Court having jurisdiction or
3. A Living Trust established by an Owner of Record where the Owner of Record is
either the current Trustee or continues to reside in the Unit, or any Beneficiary of such Trust.
And further states that any Transfer of Title from the Owner of Record to such subsequent Owners as listed above shall not be deemed to be a change of Ownership when computing the two (2) year prohibition period on renting a unit,
