All cul-de-sac homeowners/occupants have been contacted by way of a flyer advising them of the new parking regulations for snow events.  DISCUSSION of new Cul-de-sac Regulation — One homeowner brought in a petition from the homeowners on Alana Way to rescind or block the implementation of the new cul-de-sac parking regulations. Much discussion followed with the Property Manager providing the reasoning of why the regulation was implemented. Homeowners are to move their cars so that the contractor can perform his responsibility to remove the snow. The regulation was explained to the homeowner to take back to the other homeowners.
