Resolution by Board to amend minutes for responsibility for repair at 35 Maryland – 8/19/19

Peter made a motion to amend the August 5, 2019 minutes. Under Old Business, 35 Maryland, add to final sentence, repairs will be completed at the homeowner’s expense. Linda seconded. All voted in favor. Tom made a motion to accept the amended minutes and Randy seconded. All voted in favor.
