Resolution by Board to issue reminder letter to owners regarding obligations – 10/16/18

Chris composed a letter reminding homeowners of their obligation to inform and update the board regarding contact information for their rental unit. Motion by Peter and seconded by Linda to accept letter notifying homeowners of their responsibility to provide rental contact information to board. The communication committee will be responsible for mailing letter. All voted in favor.
