Resolution of the LCV Board at the 6/16/2015 meeting.

Resolution on Landscape request to remove 5 trees from different areas of LCV. All the trees are diseased and not growing any longer. The board requested our Property Manager, Adam, to obtain at least 2 quotes for the removal of the tree and stump, replacement with new soil and re-seeding. A motion was made by P. Hayden to remove the trees and seconded by T. Maglienti. The motion was passed by all.
