Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/19/2014 meeting.

Rental issue of 72 Maryland. The owner died around 4 years ago. HOA fees have been paid and kept up to date by the new owner. The new owner just started renting it in June of this year. The recommendation is not to charge the new owner for renting the unit since he really has owned it technically for over 3 years. G. Favro stated that he really has owned it for over 2 years and should be able to rent it. The owner did not technically take title to the unit until Feb 2013. G. Eagan made a motion to only fine the owner $50 per month for the 8 months that he would be in violation up to Feb 2015. H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.
