Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/19/2014 meeting.

Resolution on placing discarded items on HOA property. People can still place items on the city property between the city sidewalk and the curb. Cul-de-sacs are considered HOA property since the city does not own them. A motion was made to not allow homeowners placing items for disposal on HOA property for more than 24 hours. After 24 hours they would have to be removed. H. Ward made the motion and G. Eagan seconded. The motion was passed by all.
