Resolution on Establishing Rules and Regulations for Enforcing Sections 12 and 14 of the Declaration regarding Outside Storage, Oversized, Commercial or Unlicensed Vehicles on HOA property. Gary presented the board with this resolution. The board discussed the pros and cons of the resolution. A motion was made to accept the Resolution. The motion passed by a 5 to 1 vote. This resolution becomes effective on December 14, 2013.
