Resolution of the Board at the 9/17/2013 meeting.

Discussion of a possible ‘renter’ resolution to define more clearly what a renter is in LCV. Gary gave the audience and the board some information on past problems and situations to avoid. The board agreed that we would discuss the renter resolution during the work session. Gary said that he would make a resolution to clarify the June minutes. M. Carlo made a motion for Gary to clarify and amend the June HOA minutes as discussed in the meeting to correct more clearly the board’s views on owners who wish to rent. H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.
