Resolution of the Board at the 1/17/2012 meeting.

Parking regulations as they appear in the 2009 resolution will be enforced, and we will amend the resolution with one addition, effective January 20, 2012, as follows:  The parking plans which were given to each homeowner for the Baltimore, Caitlyn, and Alana cul de sacs will be in effect and will be enforced by the property manager starting January 20, 2012.  These parking plans are enforceable under the Lake Country Village Resolution Establishing Rules and Regulations for Parking in Common Areas.  This resolution was adopted by the HOA Board of Directors January 21, 2009 and amended on January 17, 2012. It is further resolved that we modify the current parking Rules and Regulations Section 4 to include unit “owners or vendors/contractors adversely affected by the violation.”  Gerry Eagan so moves to amend the Resolution.  Naomi Bradshaw seconds. Passed.
