Lake Country Village
is the largest homeowners association in Clinton County with 326 homes. Constructed in 1959 by the United States Air Force for use as personal housing, our homes were extensively renovated and upgraded following the PAFB closing in 1995. Located minutes from the Plattsburgh International Airport, the Adirondack Northway and Lake Champlain, LCV is composed of townhouse and villa style homes. Situated ideally within the City of Plattsburgh, LCV is easily accessible to shopping, schools, restaurants, bike paths and all the Lake City has to offer.
